other things to know about comp:
- Commission reset every calendar month
- Commissions are paid on the 10th of the month following the calendar month in which they were earned. The calendar month ends on UTC time code which means your end of month on the last day of the month will end in the late afternoon to early evening (google your timezone for specifics).
- You keep your customers! Once a customer buys from your link or code, they’ll be attached to you via email for 180 days after their last purchase.
- You DO earn commissions on your own purchases if you use your own code or link, and are not already attached to an Affiliate. If you’re an Affiliate who is attached to another Affiliate, see Terms & Conditions.
- Tiers “tip” meaning you earn the quoted level of commission on the first full order after you’ve achieved the minimum commission level.
- Some products, SWAG, and kits may not be eligible for commission (including sneak peeks, etc). You can review these items in your Dashboard at any time.
